Customer Service Executive – Business Travel

Manchester City Centre location

Hours of work: 37.5 over 5 days per week 
Holidays: 23 Days (rises to 26 days after length of service) plus 1 day in December and Bank Holidays

Our client provides global corporate travel management and conference events services to organisations in the UK & Worldwide, our client due to continued success are actively looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team immediately.

As a Customer Service Executive you will;

  • Manage, and respond to post-travel complaints and feedback from customers, ensuring our client delivers the highest level of customer service possible
  • Evaluate inbound/outbound calls and emails responses to assess consultant demeanour, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures
  • Develop, create, and implement quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training, as needed to enhance our clients customers experience

What it takes to be a Customer Service Executive; 

  • Previous experience in business or leisure travel preferred but not essential
  • Interest in investigation and problem solving
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional service
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focused multi-tasker
