CLT Recruitment are working closely in partnership with a UK top 10 ranked travel management company that due to continued success are experiencing a huge period of growth, we’re looking for a Internal Recruitment Resourcer that can join the team ASAP to ensure the companies recruitment aspirations are achieved.

You will play an integral part of the Recruitment function, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in ensuring all areas of recruitment are being covered.

Recruitment Job role and responsibilities 

  • Supporting the Group Talent Aquisition Manager with clerical duties
  • Scheduling interviews and for interviewers and candidates
  • Prepare and post job adverts 
  • Helping with initial applicant screening
  • Posting of internal job vacancies 
  • Maintain candidate ATS Database & liaising with candidates throughout the whole process
  • Copywriting skills for LinkedIn engaging posts 
  • Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Group Talent Acquisition Manager 
  • Additional duties as requested.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous recruitment experience, open to agency/internal recruiters
  • Great attention to detail
  • A great understanding of an internal recruitment function
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great time management & organisational skills
